I help leaders and organisations absorb change without breaking their people.
Founder of M1 and Modus Flow. Fractional Chief AI Officer. Coach. Vibe coder. Father of three.

Change used to come in waves. Now it comes in a flood.
Most organisations know what they need to change. They have the strategy decks, the consultants, the technology. What they cannot seem to build is the middle part: the bit where people actually change what they do.
That gap between intention and adoption is where transformations stall. It is not a strategy problem. It is a people problem. And it has always been a people problem.
I have spent fifteen years working inside that gap. In organisations navigating restructures, technology overhauls, and AI integration. With senior leaders who are trying to hold their teams together while the world moves faster than anyone planned for.
The work is not about managing change. It is about building the conditions for people to choose it.

About Frank
I have spent fifteen years helping organisations navigate change. I have built two companies, advised boards on AI strategy, and coached senior leaders through the tensions that come with building something that matters.
I am also a father of three, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, and someone who is still learning to close the laptop at a decent hour.
