Most organisations know what they need to change. They have the strategy decks, the consultants, the technology. What they cannot seem to build is the middle part: the bit where people actually change what they do.

That gap between intention and adoption is where transformations stall. It is not a strategy problem. It is a people problem. And it has always been a people problem.

I have spent fifteen years working inside that gap. In organisations navigating restructures, technology overhauls, and AI integration. With senior leaders who are trying to hold their teams together while the world moves faster than anyone planned for.

The work is not about managing change. It is about building the conditions for people to choose it.
