and the room lights up. That is the moment people stop being asked to change and start owning it.
Those moments are why I do this work, and I enjoy every part of getting there: the conversations, the honest questions, and the messy, sometimes uncertain middle, where things do not quite work yet.
Every change needs people to believe in it, not just comply with it. Helping teams get there is the part of the work I love most.
