Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data I collect, why I collect it, and what I do with it. I have written it in plain English because I believe you deserve to understand it without needing a lawyer.

Who I am

This website is operated by Frank Awuku, trading under Analysis People Ltd. My contact email is hello@frankawuku.com.

For the purposes of UK data protection law (UK GDPR), Analysis People Ltd is the data controller.

What data I collect

I only collect data that you give me directly. This includes:

  • Contact form submissions, your name, email address, and any message you choose to write.
  • Discovery call bookings, your name, email address, and scheduling information provided through Calendly.
  • Email correspondence, anything you send me directly by email.
  • Self-assessment submissions, your name, email address, and assessment results (dimension scores, pattern, and any reflections you choose to write) when you take the Legacy Helix Self-Assessment. Your results are emailed to you and may be reviewed by Frank to support any follow-up conversation.
  • Marketing preferences, whether you opted in to receive insights and updates, recorded when you submit the contact form or self-assessment.

What I do not collect

This website does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics tools that identify individual visitors. I do not buy, rent, or scrape personal data from third parties.

If I add analytics in the future, I will update this policy and use a privacy-respecting tool that does not track individuals.

Why I collect your data

I use your personal data for the following reasons only:

  • To respond to your enquiry or schedule a discovery call.
  • To send you your self-assessment results and, if you have given consent, to stay in touch.
  • To record your marketing preferences and ensure I only send you updates when you have given explicit consent.

I will never use your data for marketing unless you have given me clear, separate consent. I will never sell or share your data with anyone.

How I store your data

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard email and scheduling providers. I do not store personal data in any public or unsecured system. I retain your data only for as long as needed to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law.

Third-party services

This website uses the following services:

  • Calendly, for scheduling discovery calls. Calendly has its own privacy policy, which you can read on their website.
  • Vercel, for website hosting. Vercel may collect basic server logs (IP address, browser type) as part of standard web hosting. These are not used to identify individuals.
  • Kit (ConvertKit), for storing subscriber information and sending emails. Kit has its own privacy policy, which you can read on their website.
  • Resend, for delivering transactional emails such as your self-assessment results. Resend has its own privacy policy, which you can read on their website.
  • Substack, for newsletter delivery and subscriber management for Frankly,. Substack has its own privacy policy, which you can read on their website.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

  • Ask what personal data I hold about you.
  • Ask me to correct or delete your data.
  • Withdraw consent at any time.
  • Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you believe your data has been mishandled.

Changes to this policy

If I make changes to this policy, I will update the date at the top of this page. I will not reduce your rights under this policy without informing you directly.
