The Honest Conversation

- A mutual fit check. Not coaching. Not a pitch.
- A clear, named next step at the end: an Alignment Session, the Brotherhood, Life Elevation, or an honest no.
Step 3, A Session in Its Own Right
The Alignment Session
60 minutes | £150
A sixty-minute standalone session built around your Integration Score. Not a taster. Not a sales call. A product in its own right. Frank walks you through your four dimensions, names your Helix Profile in your own words, explains the dilemma your current lean is creating, and helps you choose one specific action to take this week.
Most men leave feeling seen. Some want to go deeper. Both outcomes are fine.
What is included
- A full debrief of your Integration Score across all four dimensions.
- Your Helix Profile named and explored, using your language.
- The dilemma your current lean creates, made concrete with your own situation.
- One specific, achievable action for the coming week, chosen by you.
- A short follow-up after the session, and one check-in after a week.

Step 4, Group
The Brotherhood
Group Coaching, 4 months
A small cohort of six to eight men working through the Legacy Helix together over four months. Men with different profiles challenge and complement each other. An Achiever hearing a Performer's story sees his own blind spots. The kind of honesty that is hard to find in boardrooms.
What is included
- Twelve group sessions, fortnightly, ninety minutes each.
- Two private one-to-one sessions with Frank.
- The Integration Score at the start and end, to measure the shift.
- Private community access between sessions.

Step 5, Flagship
Life Elevation
1-to-1 Coaching, 6 months
The flagship. A six-month one-to-one journey through the three phases of the Legacy Helix. Through The Truth, The Reconnection, and The Rise. Tailored to your four dimensions and your purpose. This is where integration is actually delivered, where both strands of the helix begin to rise as one.
What is included
- Eighteen coaching sessions: weekly in months one to three, fortnightly in months four to six.
- Bounded support between sessions, by Voxer and email.
- The Integration Score at the start and end, to track the shift.
- Your Helix Profile identified in Phase One and tracked through to integration.
- A personalised plan built around your four dimensions and your purpose.

A post-programme retainer for men who have completed Life Elevation. It keeps the work alive, watches for old patterns returning under pressure, and catches the lean before it takes hold again.

The Anchor
Monthly coaching for men who have completed Life Elevation and want to keep the helix rising.
What is included
- One sixty-minute coaching session per month.
- Email support between sessions.
- An Integration Score check-in every six months.

The Anchor Plus
Everything in The Anchor, plus Voxer access for real-time support between sessions. For men in seasons of active change: a new role, a family transition, a business stepping up.

Step 7, Speaking and Workshops
The Spark
For Organisations and Events
Keynotes, workshops, and men's intensives for organisations and events. The Spark introduces the Legacy Helix to a room of men who may then take the Integration Score, book an Alignment Session, or join a Brotherhood cohort.
